Rollù (hemp seeds)

INGREDIENTS: cashews, water, coconut drink (60% coconut extract, water), sea salt, hulled hemp seeds, Penicillium Roqueforti, ferments.
May contain almonds, wheat, sesame, soy.

NET WEIGHT 100g – store at a temperature between 1°C and 4°C.
Expiration date indicated on the packaging.

IMPORTANT: The Rollù are coated with hemp seeds just before being shipped/sold. After a few days, the noble mold inside will start to cover the product externally as well. You will begin to see the first spots, initially white and then gradually turning more blue. This is the same Penicillium Roqueforti, so it is completely safe to consume the product as long as the expiration date on the packaging is followed.
