Description
The interior of Kasubè is soft and creamy, characterized by medium-intensity sensory notes: it has a sweet aroma and a mildly acidic taste.
It is covered by an elegant white rind that protects it while also giving it its unmistakable range of flavors.
We recommend it together with an artisanal fig jam.
