Ingredients: Tofu-based preparation (water, soy, salt, rice, sesame oil), potato starch, soy-based preparation (water, soy 80%, cashews 20%, ferments), deodorized coconut oil, oil extra-virgin olive oil, nutritional yeast, sea salt.
170gr – keep refrigerated between 1°C and 4°C
Expiration date indicated on the package.
The natural mineral water that we use in our preparations is taken from the Siete Fuentes spring in Santu Lussurgiu (or) and is microbiologically pure.

Description
Inspired by traditional Sardinian Pecorino, this classic version of Veghurì is our semi-hard and aged plant-based alternative.
Intrepid and intense, it is characterized by a persistent and enveloping aroma and flavor. Excellent on a cutting board accompanied by a peach jam but also grated over first courses of the Mediterranean gastronomic tradition.
