Spherù

Spherù is our version of the precious Lebanese food tradition called Kechek el Fouqara.
Originating from a poor, rural area in Lebanon, this recipe starts off 100% plant-based and stands out for its simple composition: organic bulgur (cracked wheat), fermented in brine and then dried to form the characteristic spheres, which are then marinated.

The extra-virgin olive oil of the highest quality that we use, along with the native herbs from the unspoiled nature that surrounds us, contribute to characterizing the product and giving it a strong identity rooted in the local territory.

It is excellent on a seasonal salad or as a snack during an aperitif.
Perfect spread over a warm, crispy focaccia.
