Rollù (smoked paprika)

INGREDIENTS: cashews, water, coconut drink (coconut extract 60%, water), sea salt, smoked paprika, Penicillium Roqueforti, cultures.
May contain almonds, wheat, sesame, soy.

NET WEIGHT 100g – store refrigerated between 1°C and 4°C.
Expiration date indicated on the package.

IMPORTANT: The Rollù are coated with smoked paprika just before being shipped/sold. After a few days, the noble mold inside will start to cover the cheese entirely, including the outside. You will begin to see the first spots, initially white and then gradually more blue. This is the same Penicillium Roqueforti, so it is absolutely safe to consume the product, always adhering to the expiration date on the package.
