This kit does not contain specific recipes but only the ingredients necessary for the production. We recommend that you buy the ebook and read the data sheets of the individual items within this e-shop to understand the dosage and methods of use.
* The spores of Penicillum Camemberti and Penicillium Roqueforti are highly volatile. It is therefore recommended to pay attention to the tools, equipment and surfaces in which you work, in order to avoid cross contamination between the two types, which could compromise the expected final result.
