TYPES OF SHIPPING
Shipping can be of two types:
- A) NOT REFRIGERATED for all those products that do not require refrigerated shipping.
- B) REFRIGERATED for all those products that cannot be shipped except under controlled temperature conditions during the entire shipping time
PLEASE NOTE:
*We have chosen not to work with isothermal boxes and dry ice instead, for two main reasons:
- to reduce the environmental impact of the materials used for this type of shipment
- be sure that our genuine and highly perishable products will be delivered maintaining the right temperature during the entire shipping time
*We do non-refrigerated shipping both in Italy and in the EU while refrigerated shipping only in Italy (at the moment) except for big orders (in this case please contact us privately).
SHIPPING METHODS
Since we operate in a very rural area of Sardinia island, in order to preserve the original characteristics of the products ordered, we ship exclusively:
- the From Monday to Friday after the purchase in the case of non-refrigerated shipments
- On Tuesday after the purchase in the case of refrigerated shipments
It is highly recommended to indicate:
- a correct address where the courier can always find someone
- a telephone number on which the courier may contact you (although he is not obliged to do so)
COURIERS
After a careful qualitative analysis and to ensure maximum service and minimize the possibility of unexpected events, we've decided to work with the following couriers:
- DHL and GHL for national and international non-refrigerated shipments
- STEF for refrigerated shipments only throughout Italy
DELIVERY TIME
In cases of NON REFRIGERATED SHIPPING (DHL/GLS):
- national shipments (Italy) > 48-72h
- international shipments (within the EU)> 48h-96h
In cases of REFRIGERATED SHIPPING (STEF):
- ONLY national shipments> 48-72h
However, for some destinations the delivery times may be longer.

In cases of NON REFRIGERATED SHIPPING (DHL/GLS):
National shipments
> € 11.30 from 0 to 3kg
> € 14.90 from 3 to 5 kg
> € 19.90 from 5 to 10 kg
International shipments (EU/UK/Svizzera)
> € 16.90 from 0 to 2kg
> € 25.90 from 2 to 5 kg
> € 35.90 from 5 to 10kg
In cases of REFRIGERATED SHIPPING (STEF):
18,90€ from A MINIMUM ORDER of 49€ up to 69€
14,90€ from 70€ up to 99€
FREE SHIPPING from 99€
