Rollù (hemp seeds)

Ingredients: cashews, water, coconut drink (60% coconut extract, water), sea salt, hemp seeds, Penicullim Roqueforti, ferments.

100g – store refrigerated between 1°C and 4°C.
Expiry date indicated on the package.

IMPORTANT: Rollù are covered just before being shipped/sold. After a few days, the noble mold present inside it will begin to completely cover the cheese even externally. So you will begin to see the first dots, initially white and then gradually more and more blue. It is the same noble mold Penicillium Roqueforti, for which it is absolutely safe to consume the product always following the expiry date on the package.

The natural mineral water we use in our preparations is taken from the Siete Fuentes spring in Santu Lussurgiu (or) and is microbiologically pure.

AT THE MOMENT WE SHIP THIS PRODUCT ONLY IN ITALY, WITH DEPARTURES ONLY ON TUESDAYS TO ENSURE THE FRESHNESS OF THE PRODUCT DURING ALL PHASES OF TRANSPORT. PLEASE REFRIGERATE UPON DELIVERY.
